You could flip a coin for King Felix and Cliff Lee at #2 and #3. I went with Felix as a personal preference. Some may think #19 is too high for Zack Greinke. I’m telling you, he’s going to come around and I’m recommending getting on the boat before his price sky rockets. I like Pineda at #26, he’s shown no real signs of letting up yet. Matt Garza is creeping up the list. I wouldn’t be surprised if I have him ranked at #35 at the beginning of August. Finally, at #50, Brandon Morrow. BUY! I think the worst is definitely behind him.
