If you don’t have a top 10 catcher (especially in a 2 catcher league), it’s going to hurt looking at the box scores everyday. There is a huge drop off after my number 12 ranked player, Mike Napoli. If you own someone in the 15-25 range, it may be a good idea to try and trade for another catcher.

Be sure to watch tomorrow for my second base, third base, and shortstop rankings!

    Good stuff!

Would you use these rankings to evaluate trades and roster moves if you’re thinking for the rest of the season? Or are they just for July?

  2. Yes, you can use them to evaluate trades. You need to be careful because sometimes trades are based on needs. The rankings would be for July (reason Pujols was left off 1B rankings). Though, they won’t fluctuate too much until the end of the season. Thanks for reading!
